My copywriter Jordan is an avid wrestling fan and wrote these Haikus as tribute to her favorite female wrestlers. I helped bring them to life.

Tai Chi Tarzan
I was inspired to make this video by a time I was stopped at a red light next to a Tai Chi studio while listening to this song on the radio.
Tarzan Boy: Tai Chi Edition
Work for a solo art show I had in 2012. The Relax nameplate sculpture is approximately 8 feet long and hangs in my living room.
On a recent vacation to where I grew up, I was unsettled. Feeling like a stranger in the city where I once felt eternally rooted, I saw the ghost of myself in the places I used to haunt. I am from Manhattan where the notion of “vacation” can be encapsulated in the foreign aesthetic of Southern California in the 80s: palm trees, convertibles, Patrick Nagel prints, and a bikini clad, over-teased blonde rollerblading in front of a Venice Beach sunset. Each piece in "I'm On Vacation" is constructed from this duality. They contain both a stylized aesthetic that is a caricature of what a vacation is meant to be and the elements that I inherently associates with my experience growing up in New York City.
This body of work was for a solo exhibition at Stumptown in Portland, OR.
